About the event
Orisha Fit is designed for mature queens forty years and over. The workshop is intended to spark positive connections with our minds, bodies, and spirits. Enjoy affirming activities in a beautiful garden setting. Orisha Fit will be accompanied by the drummings of Babasango. Orisha Oshun will be discussed as participants learn empowering phrasings that enrich reaffirmation tasks. Orishas are Yoruba religious spirits of African Diasporic cultures; Asé!
This $15 workshop will be offered quarterly. Weekly Orisha Fit classes will be conducted every Saturday, 11 am-Noon at the same Queen Emma Garden location, $10 per class or $35/month. Currently, we are taking cash-only transactions.
